We collect your personal data from you as a controller when we obtain quotations for your membership, when you set up your membership and when you make changes to your membership. Data will also be collected where you wish to join one of our Schemes or accept other products and services we offer. This may involve the collection of data from or about others who are associated with you and your membership such as other tenants.  By giving us information about someone else for the purpose of arranging Scheme membership you confirm that you have their permission to do so and that you have shared this privacy notice with them.
